Pilgrim's Europe is looking for a Sustainability Projects Manager to join our dedicated Sustainability Team and play a key role in shaping our journey towards Net Zero.

What you'll doAs Sustainability Projects Manager, you will:
- Manage and deliver sustainability projects across Pilgrim's Europe, ensuring they meet objectives, timescales and budgets.
- Take ownership of our Net Zero inventory, roadmap, and reduction strategy.
- Develop project scopes, goals, deliverables, and comprehensive sustainability project plans.
- Engage key stakeholders at all levels, creating strong buy-in across the business.
- Produce performance reports, risk assessments, and evaluation documentation.
- Coordinate business cases, training programmes, and supplier management to ensure project success.
- Support ESG reporting and maintain project methodology best practices.
What we're looking forWe're seeking someone who is not only passionate about sustainability, but also brings strong project management expertise and the ability to work collaboratively across teams. You'll need:
- Excellent project management knowledge and organisational skills.
- Strong communication, writing, presentation and facilitation skills.
- Experience in contract and supplier management.
- Practical performance management experience.
- Proficiency with project management software tools.
- The flexibility to travel across Pilgrim's Europe's value chain when required.
- A relevant degree in sustainability or related discipline (desirable) and proven experience in a similar role (essential).
