Job DescriptionJoin Our Team - Keep Our Home Safe, Beautiful & WelcomingWe're looking for a hands-on Gardener & Maintenance Assistant to keep our building, equipment, and outdoor spaces in excellent condition. From fixing leaky taps to planting seasonal flowers, you'll help create a safe, comfortable, and attractive environment for our residents, staff, and visitors.
What We Offer- £12.21 per hour

- Paid DBS & uniform provided
- 5.6 weeks annual leave (full-time)
What You'll Do- Carry out general repairs and light maintenance
- Conduct basic electrical checks and safety inspections
- Support renovation and improvement projects
- Plant, mow, prune, weed, and maintain gardens and lawns
- Keep outdoor areas tidy and pest-free
What We're Looking For- Experience in repairs and gardening
- Basic health & safety knowledge
- Flexible, practical, and team-oriented approach
