Role Overview: Lead and manage sustainability projects across multiple sectors, overseeing energy modelling and simulation workstreams. You will support junior team development, contribute to business growth activities including fee proposals and resourcing, and collaborate with senior leaders. The role also offers opportunities to influence industry standards through research and guidance authorship.
Key Skills & Experience: - Expertise in energy strategies, planning submissions, Building Regulations Part L assessments
- Experience with in-use energy modelling, NABERS, thermal comfort, and overheating risk assessments
- Knowledge of net zero carbon and holistic sustainability strategies
- Ability to communicate complex design solutions clearly to clients
- Experience in sustainability or engineering consultancy within the built environment
- Degree in a relevant discipline and a passion for sustainable solutions
- Strong communication, collaboration, and time-management skills
