We are looking for a Gardener to join the dedicated team on a stunning private estate in Reading. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their horticultural career who is eager to learn and grow within a professional and supportive environment. Working alongside skilled gardeners, the successful candidate will be involved in a wide range of tasks including general maintenance, pruning, and estate upkeep, gaining hands-on experience across the board. A positive attitude, team spirit, and willingness to get stuck in are essential. This is a live-out role, working Monday - Friday 7:45am - 4:30pm. Salary: £27,000 per annum + a generous bonus scheme (£4,050 to £8,100 extra per annum)
